Lawyer’s Work

  1. Offering open legal consultations through an agreed-upon mechanism around the clock.
  2. Reviewing and drafting important company contracts, supervising their implementation, and following up on their work.
  3. Representing the company before police stations, the Public Prosecution, the Manpower Authority, and the Civil Service in complaints filed by or against it.
  4. Attending pending lawsuits brought against or by the company before courts of all levels and providing the necessary defence.
  5. Attending and representing the company before the Experts Committee in lawsuits filed by or against it, and providing the necessary defence.
  6. Attending important Board of Directors meetings as an observer and supporter, and providing legal advice and necessary recommendations, if any.
  7. Assigning a representative from our legal team to visit the company’s headquarters twice or once a week, as needed, to follow up on work progress, provide necessary support, monitor operations, and correct whatever is needed.
