  • Reviewing pending and closed lawsuits of importance to you to determine what has been done, errors, manipulation, and negligence, if any, whether by your legal department or your law firm.
  • Reviewing the mechanism for dealing with your suppliers, customers, and consumers, and control and govern the process of dealing with them. Moreover, identifying shortcomings and deficiencies in the current systems and controls, if any, and submitting a report and necessary recommendations.
  • Reviewing the mechanism for tracking and documenting decisions and actions to control workflow, reduce negligence and dereliction of duty, and establishing a clear mechanism to identify those responsible for mismanagement, imposing factitious losses on the company, or causing the loss of anticipated future profits.
